The standard for STEM OCR: printed/handwritten math, chemistry, and tables into LaTeX / Mathpix-Markdown. formats selects output formats. Needs BOTH MATHPIX_APP_ID and MATHPIX_APP_KEY (https://mathpix.com/ocr-api).
