ocracy.backends.trocr_handwritten.adapter

Adapter for TrOCR (handwritten) — image of a text line -> text, locally.

Loads a HuggingFace VisionEncoderDecoderModel + TrOCRProcessor (cached per checkpoint) and decodes one line of (hand)written text. TrOCR is line-level: the recognized line is result.text.
